Privacy Policy

Metric Team builds advertising campaigns, recruiting websites and lead pipelines for trucking companies in the United States. This policy covers this website and the forms on it. It does not cover websites we build and operate for clients — those are governed by the privacy policy of the company that owns them.

When you submit a form on this site, we collect the details you enter: your name, phone number, email address, business type, the service or need you select, and any notes you add. Only the notes field is optional; the rest are required so we can respond.

If you email or call us directly, we keep that correspondence and any information contained in it for the same purposes described below.

With each form submission we also record technical context:

• the page URL and path you submitted from, and the referring page;
• campaign parameters present in the URL (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content, utm_term) and advertising click identifiers (gclid from Google, fbclid from Meta);
• a general device category — desktop, tablet or mobile;
• the date and time of submission and a randomly generated reference ID for the enquiry.

Campaign parameters are stored in your browser's session storage for the duration of your visit so that the source of your enquiry is recorded correctly if you move between pages. This information is cleared when you close the tab. We do not use it to build an advertising profile of you, and we do not track you across other websites.

We use the information above only to:

• respond to your enquiry and provide the services you ask about;
• maintain a record of the enquiry and our correspondence about it;
• understand which campaigns and pages produce enquiries, so we can measure and improve our own marketing;
• detect and block automated spam submissions.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Submissions are sent from your browser to our own server endpoint over an encrypted connection, and stored in our hosted database and internal spreadsheet used to manage enquiries. Access is limited to Metric Team staff who need it to respond to you.

We rely on service providers for hosting, database storage, spreadsheet storage and email. They process this information on our behalf under their own terms and may store it on servers located in the United States and other countries.

We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to respond and to maintain business records — normally no longer than 24 months after our last contact with you, unless we are working together or a longer period is required by law. You can ask us to delete your record sooner.

This site does not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking cookies. It uses browser session storage for the campaign parameters described above, and it may push non-identifying events (for example, that a form was submitted successfully) to an analytics layer. Those events deliberately exclude your name, phone number, email address and notes.

You can ask us to confirm what information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, and you can ask us to stop contacting you at any time. Email info@metric-team.uz and we will action the request. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local privacy law; we honour those requests on the same basis.

This site is intended for business use by trucking companies, owner operators and professional drivers. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and the "last updated" date above.
