A growth company for trucking
Metric Team builds driver growth systems for U.S. trucking companies: paid campaigns, recruiting websites and CRM pipelines that work as one measurable process.
Built around one problem: driver flow
Metric Team is a performance marketing and systems company focused on U.S. trucking. We do not run generic marketing for every industry — we work on the specific problem of getting qualified drivers to apply, answer the phone and get hired.
Most carriers do not have a lead problem or an ad problem in isolation. They have a disconnected chain: ads point at a page that was never built to convert, the page sends applications into an inbox, and follow-up depends on whoever remembers to call back. Money gets spent, but nobody can say which dollar produced a seated truck.
Our work is to close that chain. We build the campaign, the recruiting page and the pipeline as one system, with tracking running through all three, so the cost of a hired driver becomes a number you can actually manage.
Mission: give trucking companies predictable, measurable driver growth instead of unpredictable recruiting months.
Vision: every carrier we work with knows exactly where their drivers come from and what each hire costs.
How we work
Four rules that decide what we build and what we refuse to build.
- Systems over tactics
- A campaign is not a strategy. Ads, pages and follow-up are built as one connected process so results do not depend on one lucky month.
- Measure everything
- Every driver lead is tagged with its source, campaign and page. If a step cannot be measured, it cannot be improved or defended.
- Clarity over noise
- You get a small number of numbers that actually decide something: leads, qualified drivers, cost per lead, cost per hire.
- Control stays with you
- Ad accounts, website, lead data and pipeline stay in your name. Nothing is locked to us, and you can export it any time.
What an engagement looks like
The same sequence every time, whether we build one piece or the whole system.
- 1
Diagnose the current flow
We look at where driver leads come from today, what happens after a driver submits a form, and where applications stall or get lost.
- 2
Build the missing pieces
Usually one part of the chain is broken: no campaign, a page that does not convert, or no follow-up structure. We build what is missing and connect the rest.
- 3
Track every lead end to end
Each submission carries its campaign source, page and device into one lead record, so hiring decisions are based on data instead of impressions.
- 4
Report and adjust
You see lead volume, lead quality and cost per hire on a regular cycle. Budget and messaging move toward whatever is producing hired drivers.
Three parts of one system
Each part works on its own, but they are designed to be connected.
- Advertising
- Performance campaigns built for driver flow.
- Websites
- Recruiting sites and landing pages that convert.
- CRM Systems
- Applicant pipelines and follow-up systems.
Let's look at your driver flow together.
Send us what you have now — ads, page, pipeline or nothing at all — and we'll tell you which part is costing you drivers.
