Results

Reported, not claimed

Every engagement is measured against driver leads, qualified drivers and cost per hire. Below is exactly what we track and how we report it — published case studies are added here as clients approve them for release.

What we measure

The numbers on every report

These definitions do not change between clients, so results stay comparable month over month.

Driver leads
Every completed form submission, tagged with the campaign, page and device it came from.
Qualified driver leads
Leads that match your hiring criteria — experience, endorsements, license class, location and equipment.
Cost per driver lead
Ad spend divided by total driver leads for the same period, per campaign and per platform.
Cost per qualified lead
Ad spend divided by qualified leads only. This is the number that shows real efficiency.
Contact rate
Share of leads your recruiters actually reached. Low contact rate is a follow-up problem, not an ad problem.
Applications started and completed
How many drivers began an application versus finished it, so drop-off can be fixed.
Cost per hire
Total spend divided by drivers hired in the period — the only number that decides budget.
Lead source breakdown
Which platform, campaign and page produced each hired driver, instead of one blended total.
Reporting

What you receive each month

One document, in plain language, tied to the same metric definitions above.

  • Lead volume for the period, split by campaign and by page.
  • Qualified versus unqualified leads, with the reasons drivers were disqualified.
  • Spend, cost per lead and cost per qualified lead per platform.
  • Pipeline movement: contacted, in application, hired, not qualified.
  • What we changed since the last report and what we are changing next.
Case studies

Why this page has no numbers yet

We would rather show nothing than show something we cannot stand behind.

No borrowed numbers
We do not publish screenshots or statistics from accounts that are not ours to show, and we do not present industry averages as our own outcomes.
Client approval first
Carrier recruiting data is competitive. A case study is published only after the client approves the exact numbers and wording.
Your baseline, not a projection
Before any build we record where you are today. Results are measured against that baseline instead of a promised figure.

If you want to see the reporting format before you commit, ask us on the contact page and we will walk you through a blank version of the report with your own metrics filled in.
